Use Center Lobby Entrance and proceed to 6th floor. We are just off the elevator in Suite 622. Please Use Client Entrance. If front door to building is locked, use the keypad on the left side of the entrance. Punch in 622 for our suite and we will answer and let you in.


From Philadelphia International Airport:
Follow the signs for I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway). Take I-76 West to Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South. Continue on City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Follow Kings Grant Road for one block and cross intersection into our parking lot at One Bala Plaza.

From 30th Street Station (Amtrak):
Exit Station area for I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway). Continue on I-76 West to Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South. Continue on City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Follow Kings Grant Road for one block and cross intersection into our parking lot at One Bala Plaza.

From the Tacony Palmyra Bridge:
Follow Levick Street to US-1 (Roosevelt Boulevard). Turn left and proceed south on Roosevelt Boulevard for approximately 8 miles onto the Roosevelt Expressway. Exit from right lane to City Avenue/US-1 South. (The sign also includes I-76 West Valley Forge.) Follow the sign for Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South. Proceed on City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Follow Kings Grant Road for one block and cross intersection into our parking lot at One Bala Plaza.

From the Walt Whittman Bridge:
Follow signs off of bridge to I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway) Continue on I-76 West until Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South. Proceed on City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Follow Kings Grant Road for one block and cross intersection into our parking lot at One Bala Plaza.

From the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and I-76 West:
Follow signs for I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway). I-676 (Vine Street Expressway) will connect with I-76 West. Continue on City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Follow Kings Grant Road for one block and cross intersection into our parking lot at One Bala Plaza.

From Center City Philadelphia:
Take Kelly Drive and continue (Art Museum and Schuylkill River will be on your left) until City Avenue Exit. Exit to your left and proceed over bridge. Continue on City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Follow Kings Grant Road for one block and cross intersection into our parking lot at One Bala Plaza.

From Washington D.C., Baltimore and Points South:
Take I-95 North to I-476 (the Blue Route). Continue on I-476 North to I-76 East (the Schuylkill Expressway) toward Philadelphia. Get off I-76 at Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South. Follow City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Follow Kings Grant Road for one block and cross intersection into our parking lot at One Bala Plaza.

From Points West: (including Valley Forge and King of Prussia)
Take Pennsylvania Turnpike East to Exit 326, Valley Forge. Follow signs to I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway) toward Philadelphia. Leave I-76 on the right at Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South. Follow City Avenue to the 3rd traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). From New York and Points North:

Via US-1:
Take New Jersey Turnpike (South) to Exit 6 (Pennsylvania Turnpike). Proceed on PA Turnpike to Exit 351, Philadelphia. Take US-1 South (Roosevelt Boulevard) toward Philadelphia, take I76 West exit. Follow sign for Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South on the left. Continue on City Avenue to the 4th traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU). Via Turnpikes:
Take New Jersey Turnpike (South) to Exit 6 (Pennsylvania Turnpike). Proceed on PA Turnpike to Exit 333, Norristown. Follow signs to I-476 South (The Blue Route) to Exit 16, on right then bear left on left which is I-76 East toward Philadelphia. Via I-95 (from Princeton):
Take I-95 South to Exit for Center City Philadelphia. Using exit on the right of I-95, go onto I-676 West by staying on the left lane of the ramp. (DO NOT GO ONTO CALLOWHILL STREET) I-676 will connect to I-76 West (Schuylkill Expressway). Follow I-76 West and exit left at Exit 339, City Avenue/US-1 South. Take City Avenue to the 4th traffic light at Kings Grant Road and turn right. This is the light after Channel 10 (WCAU).
