Directions from the Train Stations:

Grand Central Station:
Exit the station through the Main Exit on 42nd Street and turn left. Walk 1 block (East) to Lexington Avenue. Cross 42nd Street and walk 1 block and a half (South) on Lexington Avenue. We are located on Lexington Avenue between 40th and 41st Streets, on the left side of the avenue.

Penn Station:
Take a taxi to 355 Lexington Avenue between 40th and 41st Streets.


Directions from the Airports:

LaGuardia:
Follow signs to Grand Central Parkway East to Long Island Expressway West towards Queens Midtown Tunnel. Go through the tunnel and upon existing; bear right towards "Uptown." At the fork, bear left onto 37th Street. Proceed on 37th Street and turn right onto Park Avenue. Make a right onto 41st Street. Turn right one more time onto Lexington Avenue. We are on Lexington Avenue between 40th and 41st streets, on the left side of the avenue. (Travel time: Approximately 30-40 min. in good traffic.)

J.F. Kennedy International:
Follow signs to Van Wyck Expressway to Whitestone Bridge/Grand Central Parkway. Take Grand Central Parkway to Long Island Expressway West towards Queens Midtown Tunnel. Go through the tunnel and upon existing; bear right towards "Uptown." At the fork, bear left onto 37th Street. Proceed on 37th Street and turn right onto Park Avenue. Make a right onto 41st Street. Turn right one more time onto Lexington Avenue. We are on Lexington Avenue between 40th and 41st streets, on the left side of the avenue. (Travel time: Approximately 45-55 min. in good traffic.)

Newark International:
Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) North to exit 16E for the Lincoln Tunnel. Go through the tunnel and turn left onto 11th Street. Go for only 2 blocks to 42nd Street. Turn right onto 42nd Street. Proceed on 42nd Street and turn right onto Pershing (next intersection on your right after Madison Avenue, in front of Grand Central Station). Make the next left onto 41st Street, and then a right turn onto Lexington Avenue. We are on Lexington Avenue between 40th and 41st streets, on the left side of the avenue. (Travel time: Approximately 45-55 min. in good traffic.)


Directions by car:

From New Jersey and South Points:

Via Connecticut Turnpike/New England Thruway (I95):
Take I-95 South to the Bruckner Expressway (I-278 West). Follow the sign to the Triborough Bridge. As you approach the bridge, follow the sign for the 'F.D.R. Drive South" into Manhattan. Go on the F.D.R. South to the 34th Street Exit. Turn right onto 37th Street (Midtown Tunnel). Proceed on 37th Street to Park Avenue. Make a right turn onto Park Avenue. Make another right onto 41st Street. Turn right, one more time, onto Lexington Avenue. We are on Lexington Avenue between 40th and 41st streets, on the left side of the avenue.

Via New York State Thruway (I-87)
Take the New York State Thruway/Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) South). Follow the sign to the Triborough Bridge. As you approach the bridge, follow the sign for the 'F.D.R.
